Join our Team as a Notary Signing Agent

We’re always looking for qualified and enthusiastic traveling notaries to join our team. To be considered for partnership, you must:

• Carry $100,000 in E&O insurance.
• Hold a current (unexpired) background check.
• Be NNA certified.
• Be registered on the NNA's SigningAgent.com website, where you'll also upload relevant notary credentials.

Notaries are paid within 45 days of the signing appointment, even when the loan does not close for outside reasons. We value our partners' time and effort and believe in building strong, long-lasting relationships with dependable notaries who share our desire to get the job done right the first time.
