Across Town Notary carries a $1 Million Errors & Omissions Insurance policy, and each signing agent individually carries a minimum of $100,000 coverage. Each of our agents has completed the National Notary Association (NNA) certification, and many are also certified via Notary Coach, Loan Signing Systems (LSS) and others. Notaries we schedule are required to maintain a current background check. In addition, many signing agents working with Across Town Notary maintain continuing education through alternative sources, including Loan Signing Systems, and Notary Symposium.
